Admission Procedure (Graduate Commerce Programs)

B.Com. (Hons.) - Accounting & Finance/Banking & Finance

B.Com. (Hons.) admission is granted on the basis of an admission test, interview, and marks in the last degree/qualification. The dates of test and interviews are announced at the start of admissions.

M.Com - Accounting and Finance

  • Students must take an entry test and appear for an interview before finalization of the selection list. Merit is determined after combining the Bachelors degree marks, test score and performance in the interview. Evening Program applicants do not have to appear in the entry test.
  • In M.Com programs exemptions are available for equivalent degree and qualification holders, such as CA, ACCA etc., on subject-to-subject basis.
  • Admission to the Master programs is open twice a year. Admission is not given to students awaiting results. A copy of your degree or certificate must be produced before finalizing admission.

M.Com - Banking

  • Students must take an entry test and appear for an interview before finalization of the selection list. Merit is determined after combining the Bachelors degree marks, test score and performance in the interview. Evening Program applicants do not have to appear in the entry test.
  • In M.Com programs exemptions are available for equivalent degree and qualification holders, such as IBP diploma, CA, ACCA etc., on a subject-to-subject basis.
  • Admission to the Master programs is open twice a year. Admission is not given to students awaiting results. A copy of your degree or certificate must be produced before finalizing admission.

M.Phil. (Leading to Ph.D.)

And admission test equivalent to NTS is conducted and applicants are interviewed to finalize the admission list. Performance in the last degree/qualification is also considered while finalizing the list of successful students.
