Financial Aid

The Faculty of Engineering offers limited number of merit scholarships on the basis of academic excellence in examinations held by the respective Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education and the University. Eligibility for merit scholarships is determined on the basis of marks obtained in Intermediate Examinations. A Level students are considered for merit scholarship on the basis of their merit as determined through the Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC.

Above fee concession is continued in the next semester if CGPA/GPA is higher than a level specified by the management with a minimum workload of 15 credits (or 5 courses) in a semester.

Scholarships

Candidates who secure 75% or higher marks in their previous certificate/degree examinations can be considered for fee concession in tuition fee which will be offered to those who qualify as per criteria determined by the management of UCP. This concession may be continued if CGPA is higher than a level specified by the management with a minimum workload of 15 credits (or 5 courses) in a semester. Only limited numbers of scholarships are available.
Outstanding students securing a good CGPA during the studies are encouraged by providing scholarship. The amount of scholarship varies in each semester. However, 25% to 50% tuition fee can be waived off on a criteria determined by the management of UCP provided the respective student does not default on discipline, attendance, etc. and the condition for workload mentioned above.
