IDEAS “The Rising Spirit” Society for Encouraging the Practice of Leadership has one of its objectives as Corporate – Academia Linkage. We encourage activities involving Politicians, leading Businessmen, CEO’s and Senior Managers from the Corporate World to share their experiences with the academia and students.

IDEAS “The Rising Spirit” Society for Encouraging the Practice of  Leadership began with a vision of the Patron, and Chief Coordinator IDEAS, of creating a community where like-minded success oriented individuals could come together to learn from and support each other.

With the aim of promoting a culture that fosters development of young leaders and entrepreneurs, IDEAS “The Rising Spirit”, at the University of Central Punjab is working under Faculty of Management Studies effectively for the last two years by providing a platform to students to experiment their creativity and to polish their leadership skills.

IDEAS’ has directed all its efforts in helping the immature entrepreneurs and leaders to foresee their vision and determine the right path. IDEAS in the last three years has successfully organized Ad galas, business plan competition, marketing week, industrial trips and tours, conferences, seminars and workshops inside and outside the University. IDEAS’ also has a well established project and case study bank that facilitates the students in developing or launching a business plan. 

University of Central Punjab, espousing its mission of providing quality education to the youth, focuses not only on imparting knowledge to youngsters but developing professionals who can make significant contribution to society in the fields they aspire to enter. We believe in continuous learning and preparing our youth to face future global challenges.
