About the Program

The fundamental objective of this program is to develop an in-depth understanding of the basic principles of computer science and enable students to apply the acquired skills to devise computer solutions for real life problems. During this program, the students will learn an advanced use of modern techniques and technologies to develop computer applications for solving scientific problems of practical nature. Learning environment at UCP is highly conducive and offers thorough guidance and rigorous training which will further help students enhance their technical skills. Moreover, the program has been designed in such a way that the students with no previous computer science education will also be able to develop a comprehensive knowledge about the subject. Finally, a number of new components have been added to the curriculum in view of the emerging needs of the software industry.

Requirements

Eligibility: BA/B.Sc. or equivalent with minimum 2nd division. The students awaiting result may also apply for admission on provisional basis.
Minimum Duration: 2 years
Minimum Credit Hours: 70
Degree Completion Requirement: minimum CGPA of 2.0
