Message from Dean

This workshop was an endeavor to create awareness among students about the Modern Techniques used by organizations for selection. We invited guests from Telecom industry to act as Judges and to provide valuable insights into the organization’s perspective of what they are looking for.

Workshop

The Modern World is for people who have the skills and know-how to exhibit them properly. Mere knowledge is insufficient unless you know the practical implementation of concepts. New concepts evolve and applications change. Thus, workshops become vital to equip students with the latest techniques.

 The Assessment center:

A Multi-Dimensional evaluation Workshop to assess the competency in today’s dynamic and competitive environment. It focused on:

• Group Discussions
• Extempore Presentations
• Aptitude Test
• Interviews

This workshop was designed for ‘A Call Center’. Guest judges from Telecom industry were also there to streamline the whole ‘Assessment Process’ and to provide their valuable feedback.

Successful Candidates

• Purpose of creating this environment was to boost passion and competition to excel. Successful candidates were awarded “Certificate of Merit”

 ---- An Acknowledgement of their Accomplishment and Achievement.

• Two ‘Best of the Best students’ were awarded with Cellular Subscriber Identification Modules by A Telenor Official.
• A student was awarded with Cellular Subscriber Identification Module for 100% attendance during Human Resources Management classes.
• A male and a female student were given ‘Cash Prize’ for Best Dressing.
• A shield to ‘The Best Organizer’.
