Faculty of Languages and Literature signs MoUs with three key Organizations

The Faculty of Languages and Literature-FoLL signed three significant Memorandums of Understanding with the Institute of Career Development (ICD), Together Pakistan, and Helping Hand Relief for Development – Pakistan (HHRD) on September 5th, 2023. These partnerships aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry, equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their chosen fields.

In the ceremonies, both sides talked about the possibilities of engagement in a range of areas; Recruitment of UCP students, Internship programs, Faculty Industry Placements, Teacher Training Programs, joint research projects, advocacy campaigns, seminars, and webinars. ICD will offer specialized courses such as CELTA and DELTA to Faculty members and students. HHRD, renowned for its humanitarian efforts, will engage UCP students in internships designed to provide real-world experience and a pathway to potential careers.

Dr. Fehmida Sultana, Dean, FoLL signed these MoUs and expressed optimism about the collaborative endeavors, stating, “These MOUs signify a crucial step towards creating a dynamic learning environment for our Faculty members and students. By working closely with ICD, Together Pakistan, and HHRD, we are ensuring that our graduates are well-prepared for the demands of the modern workforce.
