This course explain fundamental physical and technical base of sensors and actuators. Basic laws and phenomena that define behavior of sensors and actuators are described. Various premises, approaches, procedures and results related to sensors and actuators are analyzed. Analytical design and development solutions for sensors and actuators are created. Experiments and measurements in laboratory and on real components, sensors and actuators are conducted. The acquired data interpretation and analysis of measured results is discussed. Development and application of sensors and actuators is described.
