Dr. Nadeem Ahmad Ch

Dr. Nadeem Ahmad Ch have completed Dual PhD in Human Computer Interaction from Politecnico di Torino, Italy & University of Potsdam, Germany in 2014. He is currently working as Associate Professor in Faculty of Information Technology. He has 18 years of teaching, research, administrative and management experience. He worked in many national and international organizations. Before joining UCP, he worked as Pro Vice Chancellor in the University of Sialkot, Pakistan where he was involved in corporate planning across the university and his responsibilities includes setting academic and corporate goals for various departments. He has promoted university repute by networking with academic and business organizations across the world. He was involved in project management, policy-making, uplifting research, incubation and commercialization to improve University ranking. Before that, he served two years as head of Computer Science department at Superior University, Pakistan. In Computer Science department six degree programs were offered at undergraduate and postgraduate level in which more than three thousand students were enrolled while he was leading the team of more than one hundred faculty members.

He aslo worked as Head of Computer Science and IT Department in The University of Lahore for three years where he established many new Labs especially a state of the art research Lab for PhD scholars. He is running People Centred Technology research group where almost six MS and PhD students have completed their theses under his supervision. He has published 24 papers in reputed journals and international conferences. In past he worked as deputy manager MIS in Technical Education and Vocational Training authority, Government of the Punjab, where he was providing consultancy to more than 400 vocational training institutions for development of different software according to their requirements. He also taught undergraduate courses in Punjab University College of IT for almost five years. He worked one year in Oslo, Norway and spent almost five years in Italy and Germany.
