Javeria Shams

Miss Javeria Shams is Ph.D. scholar at the University of Management and Technology. She is doing her Ph.D. Research on “Social Construction of religious identity: A case of Religious Iconoclasm in Pakistan’. Prior to that, she did her MPhil in International relations. Moreover, her research interests lie in Religious identity issues, intersection of Religion and Politics, religious violence and conflict, and minority issues. So far her research has been based on the notion of social constructivism and securitization theory.
