I have earned Ph.D. (Management) and MPhil (Management) from Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab and MBA (finance) from Institute of Business Administration, University of the Punjab.I am serving as Senior lecturer in UCP Business School, University of Central Punjab (UCP). Additionally, I am rendering voluntary services as Patron of Disaster Management Society (DMS) at UCP. Earlier, I have served as lecturer (BPS-17) in Islamabad Commerce College for Women, Islamabad. I have also taught at IAS, University of the Punjab and Foundation University in the capacity of visiting faculty.My research areas include public sector management, organization theory and human resource management. I have presented several research papers in international conferences in the areas of public sector management reforms in Pakistan and strategic management of human resources.
