For the first time in the education sector of Pakistan, the University of Central Punjab is introducing a formal degree in Real Estate Management. The 4-Year BS Real Estate Management programme is the first of its kind with multidisciplinary content that includes Project Management, Engineering, Economics, Law, Marketing, and IT related to real estate. The programme has been co-developed with Pakistan’s leading Real Estate Houses like Granna.com and Etihad Town, which will allow students to study and learn under market-expert faculty. In addition, it includes extensive exposure to real estate projects, extensive field trips to mega infrastructure projects and on the job training.
