The UCP Executive MBA (UCP-EMBA) program has been specially designed to cater to the needs of mid-career to top-level managers, seasoned professionals, and entrepreneurs who want to equip themselves with cutting-edge business knowledge to face emerging challenges while remaining fully employed during the pursuit of their graduate studies.

Total Credit Hours: 60

  • Compulsory Courses: 42 credit hours
  • Electives: 12 credit hours
  • Project(s) and/or Experiential Learning: 6 credit hours

The Executive MBA (EMBA) is a 60-credit hour graduate program tailored for mid-to-senior-level professionals seeking to elevate their strategic, managerial, and leadership capabilities without interrupting their careers. It integrates core business knowledge with real-world application and industry exposure, ensuring participants are equipped to lead in dynamic business environments.

A hallmark of the EMBA is its flexible delivery and specialization options, enabling participants to align their learning with personal career goals. Through evening and weekend classes, participants engage in a rigorous yet adaptable academic experience.

Program Components

The EMBA program is structured as follows:

  • Core Business Courses (42 CH):

These foundational and advanced courses develop competencies in areas such as marketing, finance, operations, leadership, communication, corporate strategy, and business analytics. They provide a comprehensive understanding of the business ecosystem and strategic decision-making.

  • Elective Courses (12 CH):

Participants choose a specialization track aligned with their career interests. Available tracks include:

  • Marketing
  • Finance
  • Human Resource Management
  • Operations & Supply Chain Management

These electives offer depth in specific domains and are designed to develop domain expertise and strategic insight.

  • Projects and Experiential Learning (6 CH):

The students are provided a choice either to take 2 Projects or one project and one experiential learning:

  • Two applied business projects focused on real organizational challenges,
  • One project plus experiential learning, which includes a local or international study tour (minimum 45 hours) to observe best practices, engage with global firms, and develop cross-cultural business acumen.

  • Five Semesters including a focused summer term
  • Interactive Pedagogy through case studies, simulations, presentations, and group work
  • Industry-Relevant Curriculum designed in consultation with business leaders and practitioners
Minimum of 16 years of education in any subject/field i.e., engineering, business, medicine, social sciences, arts, and humanities, and others from an HEC-recognized university
A minimum of three (03) years of professional experience in business, government, the not-for-profit sector, or other.
Minimum 2.00/4.00 CGPA or 50% marks from an annual system
All applicants are required to pass the UCP Admission Test and Interview
