25th Convocation
Dear Students,
This is to inform you that the 25th Convocation of University of Central Punjab, Lahore will be held on 18th & 19th December, 2022 (Sunday & Monday respectively) at Expo Center, Johar Town, Lahore. In this regard you are required to attend a mandatory full dress rehearsal session on 17th December, 2022 (Saturday) at 08:30AM in Hall No. 03 at Expo Center, Johar Town, Lahore.
For faculty wise plan, Table 1 and 2 are self-explanatory.

Important Notes:
- Rehearsal Day (17th December – Saturday): Entry for Students will be opened at 08:30AM till 09:30AM from Gate No. 04 Expo Center Johar Town, Lahore. Rehearsal Day Parking: Gate No. 04 (Expo Center)
- Convocation Day (18th & 19 December – Sunday & Monday Respectively): Entry for Students & Parents/Guests will be opened at 08:30AM till 09:30AM from Gate No. 01 Expo Center Johar Town, Lahore. Convocation Day Parking: Gate No. 01 (Expo Center)
- No student will be allowed to enter the convocation arena without Convocation Gown and Marching Card.
- Student, Parents / Guests parking: Gate No. 04 (Expo Center)
- Each graduating student can invite 02 guests (parents) on the day of Convocation only. Invitation passes for parents/guests will be issued to students on Rehearsal Day i.e. 17th Dec, 2022 (Saturday)
- Students must possess their personal identification i.e. CNIC, etc.
- Full dress Rehearsal is mandatory to attend. Those students who will not attend their rehearsal session will not be allowed to join their convocation ceremony.
- All students are required to take their seats in a specific order as mentioned on their marching cards.
