Takhleeq Problem Solving Institute organized 5-Day Agile Product Development workshop, led by Mr. Mohsin Shehzad, Founder, Agile Beams and Pakistan Agile Education. His expertise and engaging teaching style guided participants through every stage of product development, from idea conception to building a minimum viable product (MVP). Participants began with the fundamentals of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, gradually progressing into vision building, roadmap creation, backlog management, estimation techniques, and finally, MVP design. Mr. Mohsin’s approach helped participants apply agile tools and practices to real business ideas, working in teams to simulate a true product development environment.
