Students from the sixth semester of BS Food Science and Technology at the University of Central Punjab visited Sabir’s Poultry (Sabroso). This visit was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Kanza Aziz Awan, Mr. Waleed Sultan, and Mr. Ahmad Faraz. Mr. Sultan, GM, Sabroso, and Mr. Khalid Javed, Quality Head, Sabroso welcomed the students and provided a briefing on modern poultry processing. The visit offered the students exposure to the food industry, including safety protocols, quality control, and meat processing practices.
