Faculty of Management Sciences organised a guest speaker Session for BSAF students as a part of the Organisational Behaviour course to strengthen the link between academic learning and industry practice.
Mr Usman Afzal Mujahid (Talent & Culture Partner, Service Footwear) talked about “Building High-Performing Teams: Managing Stress, Resolving Conflict, Motivating Employees, and Leading Diverse Workforces”. It offered students valuable real-world perspectives on contemporary people management challenges and effective leadership practices. Students actively participated in discussions, gaining a practical understanding of how organisational behaviour concepts are applied in professional environments.
