Department of Management and Entrepreneurship hosted an insightful guest speaker session titled “The Business Balancing Act: Marketing, HR, and Financial Struggles of SMEs,” featuring Mr. Hammad Noor, Chief Executive Officer of HAM Enterprise. Drawing from real-world SME experiences, the speaker shared practical insights on balancing marketing strategies, human resource management, and financial constraints, making the session highly interactive and informative for students of SME Management. The session was organized by Ms. Nahan Iqbal and Ms. Shafaq Aftab, with special appreciation to Dr. Irfan Saddique, Head of Department, for his continued support in strengthening industry–academia collaboration and experiential learning at UCP.
