Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization, conducted Day 1 of the Business Model Design and Product Commercialization Workshop, led by Dr. Amina Rizwan, Assistant Professor, Department of Management / Entrepreneurship. The interactive session focused on idea generation, value proposition development, market validation, and business model design, with participants engaging in hands-on exercises such as the problem-first approach to startup ideation, Value Proposition and Business Model Canvases, and customer insights in the Pakistani market context. The workshop provided participants with practical knowledge and a strong foundation to transform innovative ideas into structured business models.
