The Cyber Security Society-UCP participated and showcased their projects in the Lahore Science Mela 2023, organized by the Khwarizmi Science Society, held at Crescent Model High School on October 28 & 29, 2023. We shed light on the connection between technology and security in our digitizing world by showcasing four projects highlighting the significance of security, innovation, and technological progress.
Project 1: Criminal Detection System through Face Detection
Our first project deployed cutting-edge AI and ML technologies utilizing computer vision techniques and deep learning algorithms. It demonstrated a system capable of detecting and tracking faces in CCTV footage in real time with 90.7% accuracy.
Project 2: Emotion Detection System
It identifies emotions in pure Urdu text. The application of deep learning techniques and the creation of a unique dataset achieved 83% accuracy in recognizing emotions, including happiness, sadness, anger, and more, within Urdu text.
Project 3: Mobile Data Recovery System
It demonstrated a powerful software designed to recover data from locked or inaccessible devices.
Project 4: Digital Forensic Kit
This toolkit featured a range of components to elevate the effectiveness and precision of evidence collection with the potential to transform the landscape of forensic investigations.
