Faculty members of the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences participated in the 3rd International Conference on Advancing Food Systems for a Sustainable and Nourished Future. Dr. Kanza Aziz Awan, served as Session Chair and presented research on low glycemic index cookies formulated with stevia and barley. Mr. Waleed Sultan, delivered an oral presentation highlighting the One Health approach to nutrition and health.
