Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences’ BS and PhD students visited FrieslandCampina Engro Foods Sahiwal Plant under Dr. Kanza Aziz Awan and Mr. Waleed Sultan’s supervision. The visit provided students with valuable exposure to large-scale milk, cream, and ice cream processing lines, with a strong focus on modern production technologies, quality assurance protocols, and industrial hygiene practices, enabling students to effectively bridge theoretical knowledge with practical industrial applications.
