Dr. Muhammad Athar Siddiqui, delivered a speech at the 4th International Nursing Research Conference (NRCON-2025) held at LUMHS Jamshoro, where he spoke on Managerial and Leadership Skills for Nursing. He highlighted the behavioral dynamics of patient–nurse–hospital interaction and the importance of cross-disciplinary management practices in improving patient outcomes. The conference featured a strong participation of paper presenters and keynote speakers from leading national and international medical universities.
