University of Central Punjab organized a two-day Staff Sports Festival under its Employee Engagement Initiative, bringing non-academic staff together for a series of sports and activities designed to promote teamwork, coordination, and interaction across departments. The festival offered staff the opportunity to engage in healthy competition, build stronger workplace connections, and participate in collaborative events that highlighted the importance of every member of the university community.
