The Faculty of Engineering organized a lecture titled “Digital Power System of USA and the Way Forward” by Dr. Muhammad Humayun, a Senior Consultant at EnerNex, a US-based company specializing in the electric power industry.
The session, attended by students and faculty from the Electrical and Civil Engineering departments, covered advancements in the US power sector, the integration of renewable energy with the power grid, and differences between the power systems of the US and Pakistan. Dr. Humayun also met with Dr. Muhammad Babur and Dr. Ali Ahmad to discuss the latest tools and software used in Power Engineering.
This session provided insights into the evolving power industry, enhancing students’ understanding of global trends and technologies in the energy sector.
