The Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Science Alumni Association convened a strategic meeting with Dr. Muhammad Amjad Iqbal, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Science, to finalize the quarterly and yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the newly elected alumni body. The meeting focused on enhancing alumni engagement, fortifying industry connections, and advancing institutional growth.
By aligning alumni goals with institutional objectives, the session produced a clear action plan and a review schedule to assess progress. This initiative will play a crucial role in strengthening the UCP alumni network, fostering continuous academic and professional development, and creating valuable opportunities for both alumni and current students.
