The UCP International Office in collaboration with Faculty of Law organized a one-day foundation mediation course for Law students and faculty in partnership with Alternate Dispute Resolution initiative (ADRi). Through this training the students and faculty learned the modern dispute resolution mechanisms and how to integrate them into legal and commercial frameworks.
The training was conducted by internationally accredited mediators Mr. Syed Akbar and Ms. Mehak Bari from ADRi. Following the successful completion of the foundation course the trainees will have the opportunity to opt for internationally accredited civil and commercial mediation courses recognized by CMC and IMI through ADRi. At the conclusion of the training, the Dean Faculty of Law, Dr. Hadia Awan and Pro-Rector UCP, Dr. Hammad Naveed appreciated the efforts.
