Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences, FOST, UCP, organized an industrial visit to Shahi Enterprises’ production plant at Sundar Industrial Estate, for the students of 5th and 7th semester under the guidance of Dr. Ayesha Murtaza, Dr. Muhammad Akhtar, Ms. Itrat Fatima, and Ms. Maria Haris. Students gained insights into extrusion technology and its applications in food processing, enabling them to connect theoretical concepts to real-world industry practices.
