Faculty of Science and Technology convened its 7th Board of Faculty (BoF) meeting on January 6, 2025. The meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh, Dean of FOST, brought together Heads of Departments, faculty members, and academic stakeholders to deliberate on key academic initiatives.
The meeting’s agenda covered a wide range of academic matters, including approvals for postgraduate synopsis titles, external examiners, supervisors, introduction of new courses and curriculum revision. Notably, new academic programs were proposed, including short courses, certification, diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate.
Each Head of Department presented their respective proposals. The meeting was the significant step in FOST’s dedication to introducing innovative programs and upholding high academic standards, preparing its graduates to excel in global challenges and meet industry needs.
