Faculty of Science and Technology organized an Industry Visit to AB Mauri Pakistan for 7th-semester BS Biotechnology students. It provided hands-on exposure to critical aspects of fermentation technology, enzyme production, and quality control processes within the food industry. Students observed large-scale bioreactors, advanced microbial fermentation techniques, and downstream processing, bridging theoretical knowledge with industrial practices and deepening their understanding of bioprocess engineering’s role in biotechnology-driven sectors.
