Mr. Fraz Bakhtiyar defended his doctoral dissertation, “Adoption of Rescue Mobile Application for Communication during Emergency: A Case of Punjab Emergency Service Department,” under the supervision of Dr. Fawad Baig, Dean of FMMC at UCP.
The external evaluators were Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad, Incharge & Assistant Professor at the Department of Digital Communication and Media Technology, GC University and Dr. Hilal Fatima, HoD & Assistant Professor, Department of Mass Communication, Lahore Leads University. Dr. Farahat Ali served as the internal examiner. The session, convened by Dr. Atif Ashraf, HoD at FMMC, concluded with his congratulations to Mr. Bakhtiyar on this academic milestone.
