The University of Central Punjab, in collaboration with Health Bridge Laboratory, Kashif Iqbal Thalassaemia Care Centre, and Test Zone Diagnostic Centre, celebrated the Golden Jubilee of Medical Laboratory Professionals Week.
The event was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Hafiza Rizwana Kausar (Dean, Faculty of Science & Technology) and Dr. Aatif Amin (Head, Dept. of Microbiology), and featured a Poster and Model Competition where students showcased the vital role of lab professionals. Winners were honored for their creativity and research excellence.
A Guest Speaker Session included expert insights from Prof. Dr. Farhan Rasheed, Dr. Humera Javed, and Mr. Asif Hameed Butt, emphasizing the importance of diagnostics in healthcare.
The event was organized by Ms. Iqra Jamil, Mr. Muhammad Tahir Ishaq, and Dr. Madiha Khan, honoring the vital contributors to modern healthcare.
