Nisa Society at UCP conducted a seminar titled “Her Voice, Her Rights,” explaining in detail the legal rights in the Nikkah namas that are often overlooked. The session highlighted how many of these protective clauses are either crossed out or not properly explained, leaving many women unaware of their rights after marriage. This event aimed to empower women by encouraging participants to recognize the importance of these rights.
