Highfield Level 3 International Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing Training Program Day-1

Department of Food & Nutritional Sciences, in collaboration with GSS Academy and Highfield International Approved Centre, launched the Highfield Level 3 Award in Supervising HACCP Training at a subsidized cost for participants from UCP. Day 1 featured a session on HACCP principles, global food safety standards, and the importance of hazard analysis in food safety by Dr. Hafiz Rehan Nadeem, President of NAFS Pakistan and a certified Highfield trainer.
