Department of Food & Nutritional Sciences, organized an International Symposium on Sustainable Food Supply Chains under the theme “Skills, Innovation and Industry Integration.” The symposium featured two distinguished speakers, Mr. Sagar Mahmood Khan, Advisory Member of the FSQ Network and Global Head of Quality Assurance at Metro AG, Germany, and Mr. Izhar ul Haq Awan, Supply Chain & Commercialization Manager at Pepsi Cola International (Pakistan & Afghanistan BU). The speakers shared valuable insights into sustainable supply chain strategies, innovation, and industry best practices.
