Final year students of UCP had the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and apply their knowledge in the industry. The internships were organized by the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering (FOE), and provided students with exposure to some of the best departments and construction industries, including the Punjab Irrigation Department, WAPDA Pakistan, Packages Group, Banu Mukhtar, and NESPAK. These internships helped polish the skills of aspiring engineers, allowing them to build practical expertise, gain valuable industry insights, and apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings.
Upon successfully completing the internship program, the students of the Civil Engineering Department presented their experiences to executives from these organizations and the industry (IAB_CED members). All members highly appreciated the students’ presentations, which reflected the significant benefits they gained from the experience.
