Learning Innovation Centre, in collaboration with the Administration Department, conducted a Fitness & Wellness Session. Led by Dr. Tanzeela Shah, the session provided faculty and staff with an engaging and informative experience focused on well-being, covering fitness assessments, stretching and flexibility exercises, aerobics, nutrition guidance, and mental wellness tips. Participants actively took part in all activities, making the session both productive and rejuvenating, while promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle in the workplace.
