Learning Innovation Centre, in collaboration with the Admin Department, hosted a workshop for campus security guards focused on “Enhancing Security through Gender Sensitization, Harassment Prevention, and Stress Management.” The session aimed to equip security personnel with the essential skills and knowledge needed to foster a safe, inclusive, and stress-free campus environment.
The workshop covered key areas such as the importance of security training in universities, promoting gender sensitivity, recognizing and addressing harassment incidents, and effectively managing stress while on duty.
