LIC conducted the Teaching Excellence Training Program for new faculty members. The program covered key topics including student engagement, interactive teaching, mental health, facilitation skills, and AI in education. It also focused on team building, empathy development, grading techniques, and teaching multilingual students. The training concluded with a certificate ceremony attended by the Pro-Rector, Deans, and Director Administration, who commended the faculty’s commitment to teaching excellence.
