The Graduate Studies Office at UCP organized the PhD Open Defense Session of Mr. Muhammad Tasnim Khan, a PhD Scholar in Business Administration. Mr. Tasnim Khan defended his dissertation titled: “Does Paradoxical Leadership Affect Employee Innovative Work Behavior and Employee Retention in the ICT Industry of Pakistan” under the supervision of Dr. Sami Ullah, Associate Professor, UCP Business School.
The thesis defense committee was chaired by Dr. Muhammad Athar Siddiqui, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies (FOMS), and featured a distinguished examiners panel, Prof. Dr. Ashfaq Ahmad from Hailey College and Dr. Imran Shafique from COMSATS were appointed as External Examiners while Dr. Salman Iqbal from UCP Business School as the Internal Examiner.
