Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization organised the Faculty Industry Placement Program (FIPP) Post-Placement Presentations, where four faculty members shared their enriching industry experiences. Dr. Muhammad Naveed Ul Hasan Shah (FHSS) reflected on his work with the Special Education Department, Punjab, contributing to inclusive teaching and policy-oriented research. Mr. Usman Idrees (FOST) shared insights from TTI Testing Laboratories, gaining expertise in HPLC, GC-MS, and FTIR analysis while paving the way for student internships. Engr. Muhammad Awais (FOE) highlighted his placement at Banu Mukhtar, focusing on sustainable materials and industrial software tools, and Ms. Sadia Zia (FOST) discussed her impactful work at TTI Labs, where she developed SOPs for WHO registry, conducted molecular lab gap analysis, and guided innovative student-led projects. The event underscored ORIC-UCP’s dedication to strengthening academia-industry linkages and fostering innovation-driven learning.
