Pinnacle of Plate: Cutting Edge Technologies in Food Sector

Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences, UCP, in collaboration with Forman Christian College and the National Alliance for Safe Food (conference partner), hosted a session at the Food Asia Expo Conference 2025 titled “Pinnacle of Plate: Cutting-Edge Technologies in the Food Sector.” The session was chaired by Dr. Shinawar Waseem (Punjab University), co-chaired by Dr. Muhammad Jawad Iqbal (Minhaj University), and graced by Chief Guest Dr. Ijaz Ahmad (DG, PCSIR) who presented shields. Speakers included Dr. Kanza Aziz Awan, Dr. Ayesha Murtaza, Mr. Waleed Sultan, Ms. Hiba Naveed, Mr. Ahmad Faraz, Dr. Muhammad Nadeem, and Dr. Iahtisham-Ul-Haq. The session highlighted innovations in food technology and strengthened academia–industry partnerships.
