The PLANTASTIC II Business Plan Competition, organized by Ms. Sidra Nasreem, Principal Lecturer, invited BBA students to present their final project business ideas. A total of 22 teams participated, showcasing their innovative concepts. In the first round, students delivered elevator pitches, which were evaluated by internal judges, including Dr. Talha Zubair, Dr. Abdul Waheed, Dr. Samiullah, and Dr. Akmal Pasha.
In the second round, participants presented their ideas through posters and prototype developments, assessed by Dr. Saud Farooq, Senior Business Development Manager, and Mr. Ammad from FAST CABLES. The first-place cash prize was sponsored by Mr. Ahmad Naeem, CEO of Ali Plas Packaging, a UCP Business School alumnus. At the event’s conclusion, Dr. Athar Siddique, Dean of FOMS, and Dr. Abdul Waheed, Head of the Department, awarded participation certificates. The event also included discussions about potential future collaborations with Mr. Saud and Mr. Ahmad.
