ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization that develops international standards and promotes trade and cooperation worldwide.

In addition to his international role, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh is also the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Nanotechnology of Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA), which operates under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) of the Government of Pakistan.

We are proud to have such esteemed expertise and leadership representing our faculty at national and global levels. This achievement not only reflects the dedication and knowledge of Prof. Farrukh but also highlights the progressive strides being made in the field of Nanotechnologies in Pakistan.
