The University of Central Punjab has received two-year reaccreditation for its B.Sc. Electrical and Mechanical Engineering programs by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at Level-II under the Washington Accord.
This covers Intake Batches 2021 & 2022 and follows the PEC visit held on January 27-28, 2025. The reaccreditation reflects UCP’s strong compliance with Outcome-Based Education (OBE), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). This global recognition makes UCP graduates’ degrees equivalent to those in WA signatory countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
