The event brought together distinguished experts including Mian Amer Mahmood (Chairman, Punjab Group), Ahmed Nazir Warraich (Independent Legal Services Professional & Academic Expert), Ahmad Bilal Mehboob (President, PILDAT), Dr Ishtiaq Ahmed (Professor Emeritus & Scholar of International Repute) and Prof Khalid Manzoor Butt (Dean, FOHSS & FOLL). Participants explored whether Pakistan’s federation can serve its citizens better by redefining provincial roles, asking fundamental questions of governance, equity and national balance as the political landscape evolves.
