The Society of Civil Engineers (SOCE) organized a session on IELTS preparation, reinforcing SOCE’s commitment to supporting students in their pursuit of international career and education opportunities. The event began with a full length IELTS mock test conducted under real exam conditions to offer students a realistic sense of timing, pressure, and question patterns. The test was followed by a workshop featuring guidance on strategies for achieving high scores by Dr. Awais Shafique, an expert in English language proficiency training. The session concluded with a Q&A segment where students asked specific questions regarding IELTS challenges and strategies. By organizing this session, SOCE ensured that students are equipped with the relevant knowledge and skills needed to ace this test.
