The Student Pedagogy Partnership Program (SPPP) conducted its Orientation Training for the Fall 2024 cohort, welcoming new participants to the initiative. This training introduced students to the program’s mission of fostering collaborative teaching and learning through active engagement with faculty. The orientation covered key concepts in student-faculty partnerships, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, shared responsibility, and reflective practice in enhancing classroom experiences. Participants were briefed on their roles, expectations, and the tools available for effective collaboration. Through interactive sessions and activities, the cohort was equipped with strategies to contribute meaningfully to course design, delivery, and feedback processes.
