Learning Innovation Centre organized the Teaching Excellence Training Program Batch 13. The three-day program was designed to support academic development and strengthen teaching practices among newly inducted faculty members, including lab instructors. Throughout the training, participants engaged in discussions and activities addressing both the evolving and human dimensions of teaching. The sessions covered innovative teaching strategies, fair and transparent assessment practices, effective communication, mental well-being, and maintaining physical energy in classroom settings. Faculty members also examined the role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing teaching and learning processes. The program concluded with participants gaining practical tools, updated perspectives, and a renewed commitment to fostering engaging, inclusive, and effective learning environments.
