Learning Innovation Centre, in collaboration with Admin Department, organized a second training session for campus security guards on “Enhancing Security through Gender Sensitization, Harassment Prevention, Stress Management, and the Way Forward.” The session opened with an ice-breaking session by Mr. Imran Sultan, followed by stress management techniques shared by Dr. Basharat Ullah Malik. Ms. Syeda Ayesha Noor and Ms. Madiha Hamid explained gender sensitivity, respectful communication, and how to respond to harassment. In the end, the way forward was shared by Mr. Amjad Niaz. This training reinforced the role of security guards in educational institutions; to provide safety as well as to create a positive and secure environment for learning.
