Music Society achieved a remarkable feat by winning the Overall Team Trophy at the Khawaja Khurshid Anwar Music Competition, organized by the Lahore Intervarsity League at GC University. Competing against participants from over 15 universities, the society secured eight top positions, including five Gold, two Silver, and one Bronze medal across various categories such as Solo Female, Tabla, National Song, Folk, String Instrument, Wind Instrument, Battle of Bands, and Classical. The prestigious event was witnessed by the Minister of Higher Education, Secretary, Chairman PHEC, and 16 Vice Chancellors from public and private universities. Esteemed music icons Ustad Hamid Ali Khan and Humera Channa served as judges. Prof. Dr. Khalid Manzoor Butt, received the trophy on behalf of the talented team of students, marking a proud moment for the university.
